Teo Milea invites you to his piano & flute concert "A New Beginning in Toronto", alongside fellow musician Terry Lim. This concert is a journey through complex and colorful melodies of chic sophistication, which will keep the listener guessing what might happen at every twist and turn throughout its fascinating plot.

A Performance by Quartetto Gelato

In celebration of Canada’s Sesquicentennial, join us for a special performance by popular eclectic ensemble Quartetto Gelato  featuring works written specifically for them by Canadian composers.

Belleville, les Petits Nouveaux from Paris to Toronto

The historic neighbourhood of Belleville, Paris intersects the boarders of the 19th and 20th arrondissements. Belleville has been a hotbed of French culture and has hosted the likes of Django Reinhard and Édith Piaf. Les Petits Nouveaux and vocalist Denielle Bassels will take you on a journey to Bellleville with original compositions and their interpretation of classics. Aline Homzy (violin), Andy Mac (guitar), Mikko hildén – Swedish musician (guitar), Tak Arikushi (guitar), special guests: (double bassist) TBC, and Deniell Bassels (guest vocalist).

Italian fervour in London

Many were the foreign musicians who came to London at the end of the 17th century to try their luck. This capital, especially open to European influences, saw the flourishing of a virtuoso, passionate and flamboyant style, a blend of Italy’s sensuality and England’s harmonic originality. On the program, works of Corelli, Purcell, Geminiani and Finger.

Portraits of Georgian Bay

A concert featuring original music by young composers of the province, evocative of Canada’s wide-open spaces, and in particular, the beauty of Ontario. With the Spectrum Ensemble: Anna Atkinson (violin), Lydia Munchinsky (cello), Tim Crouch (flute), Juan Olivares (clarinet), Chris Pruden (piano), and the group Georgian Bay, consisting of Kelly Lefaive and Joëlle Westman (vocals, violin and guitar). Concert in conjunction with the APCM’s Prix Trille Or Award Night.
