Thursday, April 5 at 7pm at Tartu College, the next event in the incredibly popular series Cooking with Susi will be taking place. This time the theme will be bread and foods that can be prepared from bread.
Chef Susi Holmberg will share the secrets of bread making with all th workshop participants. She will demonstrate the different steps in the process of making bread starting from the leaven all the way through to the baking process. We will learn how to make other delicious foods from bread nad taste test, of course! Join us!
