Entartete Musik - Degenerate Music

For Holocaust Education Week

"Jewish", "Degenerate", "Bolshevik" were terms the Nazis used to describe any music not acceptable to the Third Reich. "Degenerate" meant the content, political view, composer's religion or race. All Jewish musicians and composers were dismissed; many fled and were later killed. Learn how this happened and how people coped.
