Stephen Bulger is a renowned photography gallerist who has made a meaningful contribution to the international art market’s appreciation of photography’s position in contemporary art. Bulger is former Chair of the Advisory Board for the newly founded Ryerson Image Centre and the instigator and co-founder of Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival, the world’s largest photography festival.
