Refraction refers to the change in direction of a wave passing from one medium to another or from a gradual change in the medium. We are all being asked to change direction in our daily life and to re-invent our routines. How can our art reflect this change in direction by taking this moment as a positive opportunity?
The exhibition showcases work by members in a medium other than what they usually work in or takes their preferred medium in a new direction. It includes work in ceramics, painting, sculpture, digital photography, textile art, drawing, printmaking, and mixed media.
For artwork inquiries, please contact the artist directly. Arrangements for pick-up of artwork may be made with WAAC by contacting Executive Office Manager Cal Lorimer.
