Cooking with Pastor Mart: Post-Easter Meals
Mart Salumäe grew up in the historical pastorate of Kuusalu, where in addition to Christian education, the traditions of good cooking were also valued. In this second instalment of Cooking with Pastor Mart, the recipes he will show us are punane külmsupp (red cold soup) from the book "Salendavad supid" (Slimming Soups), lamb steak and a piimakissell (milk based kissel) for dessert.
