Meet self-proclaimed vigilante pedophile hunter Justin Payne in this jaw-dropping new documentary from VICE Canada and Shawney Cohen (whose debut The Manor opened Hot Docs 2013). Filmed on location in the suburbs of Toronto where Payne operates, this film uncovers the growing trend of sting operations attempting to catch, record and publicly shame sexual predators.
