The Women’s Art Association of Canada is proud to present a collection of photographic prints by Susan Lappin.

Susan’s prints are created through the combination of layers of pictures taken over time. Sometimes drawing from pictures taken over many years or points in her life to create what expresses the feeling of where she is at this moment, this stage of life.

“Thanks to my father sharing his love for photography I am able to capture my passions for nature and the uniqueness of life. I believe it is important for us to take a moment and appreciate everything around us. For with every moment, life is changing. Use your whole being, your senses, your mind and your emotions and ‘SEE’. Let go of our past; go beyond society’s labels ; relax, stop. With reflection and creating, pictures are created to express my feelings and moods. No two turn out the same, all speak to me deeply. An expression of self. It is all about feelings."
